Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the US, US territories and Canada. We're working on shipping to other international locations too!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $8.00 USD flat rate for domestic customers. It is automatically calculated at checkout for Canadian customers. All orders ship via USPS. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?
A 1-4 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. 

How long does shipping take?
Domestic: 2-5 days. Canada 4-10 days.

Note* These times do not include our 1-3 day order processing time.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. 

How can I check the status of my order?
An email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Still have a question? Email us at made@theestablished.co, and we’ll be more than happy to help!

How can I cancel my order?
Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! please contact made@theestablished.co. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. 

I entered the wrong email address. What can I do?
Contact made@theestablished.co immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t already been processed.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept exchanges or returns for used merchandise. Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns for used merchandise. Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you would like to initiate a return, contact us at made@theestablished.co.

In the event that your order arrives defective, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. You must request a replacement within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How long do returns take to process?
Once we receive your returned order, please allow approximately one week for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
